Refund policy
Please complete the contact form for any return request.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Return Conditions
Before sending any item back, we require a photo check to verify its condition. Once approved, a return label will be provided.
The returned item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. Any product that is damaged or shows signs of wear cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, and if it is approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will automatically be credited back to your card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your card issuer, as it may take a few days for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return brings the value of the remaining order below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping costs that were initially waived will also be deducted from the refund.
Delivery Times
France
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 business hours. During busy periods, such as peak season, sales or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

International
For other countries, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Within Europe, delivery generally takes approximately 3 to 4 business days with Colissimo and approximately 6 business days with Mondial Relay, which is a more economical shipping option.
For destinations outside Europe, delivery times vary depending on the country. An estimated delivery time is provided when selecting your shipping method.
